HOW TO CALCULATE
Step 1:
Measure the length, width, and wall height of your room.
Step 2:
Multiply the length by the wall height and multiply by 2.
Step 3:
Multiply the width by the wall height and multiply by 2.
Step 4:
Add the two totals together.
Formula:
(Length ร Height ร 2) + (Width ร Height ร 2)
Step 5:
Multiply the total wall area by the number of coats.
Step 6:
Divide the result by 350.
Most paint covers approximately 350 square feet per gallon.

EXAMPLE
Room Length = 12 ft
Room Width = 15 ft
Wall Height = 8 ft
Coats = 2
Calculation:
(12 ร 8 ร 2) = 192 sq ft
(15 ร 8 ร 2) = 240 sq ft
Total Wall Area = 432 sq ft
432 ร 2 coats = 864 sq ft
864 รท 350 = 2.47 gallons
Result:
Recommended Purchase = 3 Gallons of Paint
